A special moment spent with Grampa
I was really excited to be going to S&R Fisheries for a 72hr session with Grandpa
We got the lake and quickly set up – We didn’t have much time to relax though as they’d only been in the water a couple of hours when the rod had a couple of knocks, bent round and then screamed off!
It didn’t want to come straight in and I had to walk round trees on the island to land it.
When I finally had it in the net and could see it properly, I very quickly realised it was a PB!! The scales showed I was right and showed it was 23:4lb 😁
I was so pleased..
....and of course I had the bucket!
